How do I sign up?
Open the link your organiser sent, or type the 6-character code on the “Join a dinner” page. Signing up asks for your name, your address and how you get around. No account needed.
I can’t see my addresses yet.
That’s expected: until the organiser publishes the schedule, the page says it is being prepared. After that, each location is revealed shortly before the course.
I changed phone — how do I find my evening?
At the end of the sign-up you get a personal code (also shown at the bottom of your evening). On the new device, type the dinner code on the site, then choose “Already signed up?” to enter that personal code. If you lost it, reopen the page on the device you signed up with: your evening is saved there.
I can’t come after all.
Tell your organiser: only they can remove a sign-up and recalculate the tables.

Where do I start?
Create an account in the organiser space (on the site or in the app), then your dinner. Share the invitation link or the code; sign-ups appear as they come in.
When do I have to pay?
Never for up to 12 people. Beyond that, an Evening Pass is requested when you publish the schedule to guests. Purchases are made in the mobile app and are recognised on the site with the same account.
An address is flagged “not located”.
The guest typed their address without picking it from the suggestions, so travel to their home cannot be calculated precisely. Ask them to sign up again and select a suggestion.
The schedule reports repeated meetings or a double host.
With some group sizes this is mathematically unavoidable. Try another table size, or allow more guests to host.
